You assess your own operation through guided questions. AB│LE organises your responses and evidence into a documented management view: what is clear, what is missing and which action comes first. It is a structured self-assessment, not an unannounced on-site inspection.

02Who should answer the questions?

The responsible hotel leader should consolidate the answers and involve the relevant departments. Record differences of opinion rather than concealing them. A visible issue to resolve is more useful than an agreed positive answer without support.

03What does the Self-Audit cost and include?

The Self-Audit costs €229 net once, with no subscription or automatic renewal. It provides a structured management assessment based on your responses and evidence, open points and prioritised next actions. Financial analysis of monthly data is not included.

04Do I have to book EPV Verified afterwards?

No. EPV Verified is a separate professional review personally released by EPV. Priority also requires human professional review. Completing a Self-Audit does not make it independently verified, certified or an audit opinion.

05When should I skip the Self-Audit?

A clearly defined financial question may go directly to the Financial Health Check. Where several areas are affected, the cause is unclear or an owner decision is material, discuss the situation directly with EPV │ Managing. A Total Health Check does not require a prior Self-Audit.
